We deliver worldwide with DHL International.

We do not ship to countries that support Russia's war against Ukraine.

Orders will be dispatched the next working day for orders received before 17:30 and delivery should take 1 – 2 working days within Germany and between 2 and 5 working days to the rest of the EU.  Worldwide order delivery times will vary even within the same zone and due to the Coronavirus some services are suspended, restricted or subject to other conditions such as crisis surcharges.  For further information on the delivery status to destination countries please visit the DHL Website on Coronavirus Status for more information.

Delivery times on the product pages are an indication for delivery within Germany, please add 1 to 3 days for delivery to other EU locations.

All products are shipped within the EU fully inclusive of applicable taxes. 

Delivery outside the EU are export deliveries using INCO terms DAP (Delivery at Place), therefore excluding all taxes, customs duties and VAT, the purchaser will be liable for any payments due upon import.

For small, low value orders we are able to send small, light parcels worldwide for a competitive low price including tracking and signature upon delivery.  Please bear in mind the insurance value is only 30 SDR (approximately €36) including the cost of the delivery. 

You will be warned at checkout if your order exceeds the amount of the insurance.  We will not be responsible for uninsured loss of damage so to ensure the value of your order is covered please use the DHL International economy or premium service.
