To dehydrate foods successfully you need to manage the temperature, air flow and drying time for the products you are drying. The Cube has an easy to read display which allows you to control these variables with precision and ease using a manual thermostat control, fan and timer for quality results. The Cube is equipped with “Wide Flow” original technology by Tre Spade which ensures uniform drying performance across each of the supplied six food drying trays.
