The Tre Spade Minnie is the smallest of the Tre Spade horizontal manual sausage fillers with a capacity of 3 litres. This size is perfectly suited for home use or making small batches of gourmet sausages in a delicatessen or restaurant.
This Minnie sausage stuffer has a robust end screw and with the included Moplen sausage filling funnels (diameters 10 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm) permits the production of any type of sausage such as Chipolatas, Bratwurst, Salami, Mortadella, Luncheon Meats or Black Pudding.
The Minnie can be fixed with the supplied clamps to a table or bench for trouble-free single person operation and it is easily dismantled for straightforward cleaning.
