The Tre Spade Mod. 5/V is part of the classic range of Tre Spade vertical manual sausage fillers with a capacity of 5 litres. This size is perfectly suited for larger scale home use or for use in small scale commercial enterprises.
This Mod. 5/V vertical sausage stuffer has a smaller footprint than horizontal models thus saving storage or working space and is ideal of soft mixtures. It is set on a stainless steel base and has gearing for double speed piston movement to allow for faster filling. With the included Moplen sausage filling funnels (diameters 10 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm) it is possible to produce of any type of sausage such as Chipolatas, Bratwurst, Salami, Mortadella, Luncheon Meats or Black Pudding.
